The year is 2030, Mosiello is still the batting coach.

Frog Ball still in effect. Waiting on walks. Robot Umps are confused.

Heefner is out managing Saarloos.

who should saarloos have used that he didn't use?

this question was asked on sunday, who is the lockdown option that is still remaining in that bull pen that hasn't been used yet?

wright wasn't going two innings, heck he had barely gone over 9 in 12 prior appearances so who starts the 8th for you?

savage maybe? vail? brown?

Heefner countered Saarloos' left-left and right-right match-up with pinch hitters who got hits.

Was I supposed to type something here?
Leaving a pitcher out there who clearly wasn't fooling anyone didn't start the 8th off terribly well. Having your fielders thinking they had to make plays or else is what leads to dumb decisions.

We have choked away a great opportunity, and blown every bit of momentum we had from the weekend.

and if those batters don't get hits does that mean saarloos would have bested heefner?

so what move should saarloos have made that he didn't make?

who should he have put in?
