GoFrogs: Frogs Down Sooners on the Road, 83-79
NORMAN, Okla. – TCU's Lauren Heard posted a second-straight 30-point game, set a new single-game school record collecting 11 steals and was just one rebound shy from notching a triple-double, while leading the Horned Frogs to an 83-79 Big 12 Conference road win over Oklahoma, Thursday evening at Lloyd Noble Center.

TURNING POINT
TCU poured in a season-best 23 points in the second quarter on the way to netting a season-most 41 points at break, but the five-point halftime lead quickly vanished as OU used an 18-3 run to take a 60-56 lead into the fourth quarter. Heard scored eight of TCU's first 10 points in the final frame and Michelle Berry drained a corner three-pointer to put the Frogs on top 69-66 with 4:04 left to play. Back-to-back buckets gave OU a 71-69 lead, but TCU countered with a 7-0 run. Both teams traded mini runs down the stretch, but Heard's free throw with 17 seconds left sealed the win after OU's failed three-point attempt at the other end.
