Football to Hold an Open Practice Saturday
Public invited to watch the 11 a.m. practice in Amon G. Carter Stadium

FORT WORTH -- Saturday's 11 a.m. TCU football practice in Amon G. Carter Stadium will be open to the public.
Stadium gates open at 10:30 a.m. with Saturday marking the 11th of 15 spring practices for the Horned Frogs. Following the practice, the TCU baseball team hosts Kansas at 2 p.m. in Lupton Stadium.
TCU won its final four games and six of the last seven to close this past season with a 9-4 record. The four-game winning streak is tied for the fourth-longest in the nation.
The Horned Frogs open the 2025 campaign on Labor Day night, Sept. 1, at North Carolina. TCU will be one of just two schools nationally to face 11 Power Four Conference opponents. In 2024, the Horned Frogs were one of only three FBS teams to play 11 P4 foes in the regular season.
Head Coach Sonny Dykes' 27 wins trail only two-time national championship coach Dutch Meyer (29, 1934-36) for most by a TCU head coach in his first three seasons.
