Much like the West side. The below-ground bowl will be preserved, but everything from ground-level up will be demolished and rebuilt. All new concourses, concessions, and restrooms. There will also be some kind of plaza outside the East side for commemorating TCU football heritage, but I the details are still being defined.

They'll demolish the East stands in December as soon as the last home game is played. The entire project is supposed to be completed by June 2012.
