FWST: Frogs make big leap to Big 12

TCU Chancellor Victor Boschini was at Panera Bread on University Drive when he received a phone call around 7 a.m. Thursday.
It was Big 12 Conference interim commissioner Chuck Neinas with an invitation.
"He made me the offer and I didn't answer," Boschini said, recalling standing there in a morning haze, trying to register what he had just heard.
"Are you there?" Neinas asked.
