FWST: Frogs' easy win leaves Mittie in fighting mood

Most 18-point victories are joyous occasions, especially when your team led by 25 most of the game.
But TCU's 94-76 win over Sam Houston State at Daniel-Meyer Coliseum on Sunday evening didn't elicit that relaxed, celebratory vibe during the team's postgame meeting with coach Jeff Mittie.
Instead, Mittie, who has watched his talented team turn in subpar efforts one too many times this season, ripped the Horned Frogs for a lack of tenacity and zeal, which he said was evident from the beginning.
TCU (6-5), despite the complacency on defense, still commanded the game from the start against the smaller Bearkats, and shot 60.7 percent from the field, the second-best single-game shooting night in school history. ...
