Every team in the Big 12 gets calls at home except TCU.

When dude slammed the ball down in frustration and it's all good. When TCU did it a couple of games ago it's a technical. What is the rule? It shouldn't be hard to apply evenly.

Frogs have run two nice plays after Dixon timeouts. Both resulted in no points.
