Those 1-20+ seat offerings are all being sold by a consolidator, so they'll go up and down as the market goes. There are/were similar lower level listings in the endzone that were $350, then next row $340, then next row $330, etc... They all double in price at once.

Consolidators control these markets and in turn give a percentage and sales data to the team/venue/bowl. TCU does the same thing -- their latest actions about "getting rid of broker accounts" is in reality an attempt to stop having so many $6 tickets for games listed on Stubhub. They go with a consolidator and they agree to keep price integrity -- overall the consumer ends up paying more.
