DMN: ‘We got what we deserved’: TCU struggles without Kouat Noi

FORT WORTH -- Come the middle stages of the first half, it was clear that TCU basketball missed Kouat Noi's presence.
Playing without the 6-7 sophomore forward, who rolled his left ankle during practice mid-week, the Horned Frogs, despite a hot start out of the gate, were once again unable to solve Oklahoma.
And unlike the three previous meetings Saturday's 71-62 loss wasn't in the tune of a nail-biter, as TCU -- shorthanded and forced to get creative -- was unable to take advantage of a Sooners squad that had previously lost five straight games.
