Cumbie called a good game and more important, the players executed. Definitely, a good game to build on as the games will just get tougher from here on out.

Huge improvement!! The team had a come to Jesus meeting and looked really focused today!! 600 yards of offense. Very balanced. Played a lot of players. Had 3 or 4 td’s called back. Great game!!

I think the up tempo helped his play calling and definitely helped Dugan get in the flow. We need to keep that up.

Has nothing to do with Cumbie’s play calling and everything to do with the receivers deciding to catch the ball today. And the QBs throwing accurately.

What is a TE? I noticed everyone once in a while today one of our six offensive lineman would run a route, it was crazy
I think his best was last year vs Ok State without a viable QB. The way he kept getting Reagor the ball was awesome.

I don't think he called that game. I know on paper he did, if he did he could do well to study that game.

He finally called a predominance of running plays, which was beneficial, especially against an outmatched opponent. That was good. If I had to complain, then I’d say that he shouldn’t call the WR screen play near the sidelines. Nobody ever makes their blocking assignments and it barely nets us 2-3 yards each time. This is one of the ‘fashionable’ plays of today’s game which I just don’t comprehend, but I’ll get over it.
