WVU basketball: Struggling Mountaineers hit the road for TCU

The West Virginia University men’s basketball team is off to a winless, 0-4 start to Big 12 Conference play — the worst start to the conference portion of the schedule veteran WVU coach Bob Huggins has overseen.

Now, with the season seemingly slipping away more every day and desperate for a win, the Mountaineers hit the road to take on old rival Jamie Dixon and his Texas Christian team.

The Horned Frogs (12-3, 1-2 Big 12) have blossomed under Dixon, who is in his third year in Fort Worth after 16 years on the bench at Pitt with the last 13 coming as the Panthers’ head coach.
