Under the recent federal ruling he wouldn't, I think. Temporary restraining order on transfer rules but with a provision that NCAA can't retroactively enforce the rules on anyone who transfers during this temporary period of the order should be subsequently overturned.

He won't graduate until May, I think. But you're right on the new ruling.

College football needs to restructure to include collective bargaining, whatever that takes. The NCAA is effectively unenforceable now; the whole thing has been or will be litigated into oblivion.
