Its more a terrible rule than it was a terrible call. I don’t agree with the call, but it’s mainly because the penalty is too severe. Shouldn’t be targeting if you don’t lead with helmet, but the rule says it doesn’t matter.

A rule that needs a total overhaul. If replay officials can't judge plays any better than that the rule needs to be abolished. Even when it is judged correctly the penalty to the player needs to be changed.

In this case the player is ruled out of the game on the 3rd play of the game he has to miss essentially a whole game and if a player were to be penalized for targeting on the 3rd play from the end of a game he has to miss three plays.

Might not make a difference in this case, but the player should be forced to miss 30 minutes of game time, rather than the rest of the game if it occurs in the 1st half and the rest of the game if it occurs in the 2nd half.

If a player gets ejected in the 2nd half of a game, they are out the 1st half of the next game.

decided to watch gonzaga and iowa play basketball instead of the conference title games.

not much interest as i don't see anyway iowa state gets into the cfp and scheiss the big 10

watching jalen suggs he looks more like an elite recruit than cunningham, but maybe because he can actually shoot

Fox is unbelievable. Watched Ohio State end a long drive with a field goal. Switched to ABC, watched Iowa States ENTIRE DRIVE plus a missed field goal. Switched back to Fox....Northwestern just running their first play back from Commercial / Kickoff / Commercial.

gus johnson screaming about everything plus joe buck plus the never ending commercial breaks makes fox unwatchable
