That is one hell of a concussion to be out this long, borderline brain damage. Seems like it's something else and Gus was speculating.

You know, it could be a concussion plus another issue - shoulder, or sternum (as was mentioned).  It could be a situation where there was a concussion, plus some other structural issue.
