Arizona Republic: GCU lands TCU basketball transfer Jaylen Fisher

The Grand Canyon men's basketball team landed a transfer as guard Jaylen Fisher announced on Twitter he is headed to the Valley. Fisher was also considering New Mexico, Buffalo and Boston College
Fisher played three seasons at Texas Christian University, averaging 10.9 points, 4.2 assists over 61 games, 56 of those starts. He also shot an impressive 40.9 percent from long distance.
Injuries cut into his playing time though. He was limited to nine games in 2018-19 due to a knee injury. He averaged 12.1 points, 2.4 rebounds and 2.7 assists for the Horned Frogs (23-14) in those games with a high of 15 points coming twice, once against USC and then against SMU.
