Located a nice spot in downtown FW for having one-cocktail-only of an evening. Bird & Branch(formerly Perch), 12th floor of the office building at 640 Taylor. East and north overlooks of Sundance and the river. Great place from which to launch a downtown adventure... Or a paper airplane.

Wife complained that in 1 year of being a realtor she had 0 potential clients. She hasn’t done any advertising, promoting, or anything mind you.

As a man, I naturally fix things.

In 1 month, I’ve found 6 potential clients of which 5 are moving forward! $0 spent.

Problem solved! Now awaiting being in trouble for “making her work too hard”.
