TCU snaps five game skid, evens series with Texas Tech, 4-2
Jamie PlunkettFORT WORTH – TCU snapped their five-game losing streak with a 4-2 win over Texas Tech on Saturday afternoon.
The Frogs evened the series with the Red Raiders while bringing their season record to 21-12, 6-11.
On a day where the Frogs needed everyone to step up, they got it. Louis Rodriguez gave the Frogs 5.1 innings of work, allowing two runs to score while striking out four. Ben Abeldt notched his second win of the season, taking over in the sixth inning for Rodriguez and pitching into the ninth.
