TCU lands commitment from Texas A&M transfer OL Remington Strickland

TCU's recruiting momentum doesn't seem to be slowing down any time soon as they added yet another commitment on Monday night, landing Remington Strickland who was another top target from the NCAA transfer portal. The former offensive lineman at Texas A&M chose the Frogs over several offers including Houston, LSU, Baylor, Arkansas, USC, SMU and Tennessee among others.
Strickland is the fourth commitment for the Frogs from the transfer portal on Monday. Strickland has made two visits to TCU in the past week, one official visit and he once again made it to campus for an unofficial visit on Saturday.
The 6-foot-4, 300-pounder spent three years at Texas A&M, seeing action in nine games in his career. Strickland redshirted in 2021 and saw action in two games in 2022. His production increased in 2023, seeing action in seven games.
