TCU freshman WR Ed Small already showing big play ability in Frogs' spring camp

TCU signed an impressive 2025 class, which ranked at the top of the Big 12 rankings. Among the talented signees was receiver Ed Small.
A dual-sport athlete that was once committed to Texas for baseball, Small decided to hang up the bat and focus primarily on football in the past year. It's worked out for him and certainly for TCU as he's expected to play a serious role this season.
The 6-foot, 204-pounder put up huge numbers in high school, racking up over 5,000 receiving yards. Through 11 practices of spring camp, Small is already creating a buzz with his ability to catch the football and constantly beat defenders. Working alongside fellow slot receiver Jordyn Bailey and Major Everhart, Small has received a good number of reps thus far.
