TCU adds Utah Valley wing Tanner Toolson from transfer portal

TCU has landed a transfer portal commitment from Utah Valley wing Tanner Toolson.
Toolson picked the Frogs over Iowa, while also receiving interest from Gonzaga, BYU and Utah State.
Toolson began his career at BYU, redshirting with the Cougars before transferring to Utah Valley, where he made 65 starts in two seasons. As a redshirt sophomore, Toolson averaged 13.3 points and 4.0 rebounds per game while shooting 34.9% from the 3-point line.
