JUCO DL Perry Cole Commits to TCU
Jamie PlunkettTCU landed its second JUCO defensive linemen in as many days on Tuesday with the commitment of Trinity Valley C.C.'s Perry Cole.
Cole, originally out of Palestine, Tx., is the No. 14 overall JUCO recruit for the 2025 class, the No. 7 defensive lineman and the No. 2 player in Texas. He joins Kelton Mickell, who committed to the Frogs on Monday. Like Mickell, Cole was also on campus this weekend to take in TCU's decisive 49-28 win over Arizona.
Cole has been rising in the ranks over the last few months after a strong freshman season that saw him record 33 tackles and four sacks. The 6-foot-3, 290 pound interior lineman also forced a fumble and broke up a pass.
