Head of the class: Four-star WR signee Terry Shelton is ready to make plays for TCU

On a Friday night this past season Carrollton Ranchview played a game and during that game a seemingly uncatchable pass was thrown high into the Texas sky as the quarterback was scrambling to avoid a sack. The ball wasn't expected to be complete, but at the other end of that pass was four-star receiver Terry Shelton, who brought down the miraculous catch.
It was just one of the several highlight catches Shelton had during his career, but one that sticks out to his high school coach Richard Leonard.
"It looked like Terry jumped 30-feet in the air and one-handed it when he came down," Leonard said of the catch. "The sheer athleticism of him making that catch solidified what I've known about Terry all along."
