Four-star receiver Brock Boyd details why he chose TCU

TCU's 2026 recruiting class started with a bang on Monday morning as they landed their first recruit for the class, landing Southlake (TX) Carroll four-star receiver Brock Boyd. Boyd announced the news just moments ago on his X (formerly Twitter) account.
Boyd was one of the most heavily recruited 2026 receivers in the nation and ultimately chose the Frogs' over nearly 30 additional offers. Among the schools TCU beat out for Boyd included SMU, Nebraska, Baylor, Arizona, Mississippi State, Houston, Oklahoma, Ole Miss, Oregon, Texas Tech and Boston College among others.
Boyd told HornedFrogBlitz that his relationship with TCU led him to choose the Big 12 program.
