Everything TCU HC Sonny Dykes said during Tuesday presser: SMU week
Jeremy ClarkTCU will take on SMU this Saturday in the 102nd meeting between the two programs in what is expected to be a sellout crowd at Amon G. Carter Stadium. The Frogs hold a 52-42-7 lead in the series, which includes last season’s 42-34 win in Dallas.
TCU is 7-1 in home games under head coach Sonny Dykes. In his first season as head coach for the Frogs, TCU became the first program from the state of Texas to reach the College Football Playoff and the first from the Big 12 to play in the CFB National Championship.
The Frogs enter the game at 2-1 following their 36-13 win over Houston in their Big 12 opener last week. The Mustangs also enter Saturday’s game with a 2-1 record after blanking Prairie View A&M last week; 69-0.
