7.5 seems like the default "we don't know" O/U option for a team with decent talent but a lot of questions. With the new DC, being a year farther along on offensive development, and not having plans and Texas on the schedule I could buy anything between a 10-win bounce back and a sub-.500 implosion. I have no idea.
