Not Zebra, but it is always where the ball is.@Zebra Frog what is the rule for where the ball should be spotted? Is it where the ball carriers knee is down or where the ball is at when the ball carriers knee is down?
Seen two different things in the last two days. Are college and nfl rules different when it comes to spotting the ball?
And that's what I thought too. But yesterday in the Kstate-texas game they screwed kstate and spotted it where the guys knee was down, which ended up being a yard short, but the ball was past the line to gain. Then today during the eagles-cowboys game, Hurts was short on a 3rd down play and they spotted it where the ball was, which made it 4th and less than a yard. That's what made me ask the question. Not Zebra, but it is always where the ball is.
