This is just ridiculous.

The big-monied programs are never going to have big holes in their rosters anymore. I remember when Texas couldn't hit on a QB for a 4-5 year stretch back a decade or so ago, and they had to pay the price for it. Not anymore. If a recruit or two end up not panning out, no big deal, just open up the wallet and steal someone else's guy, and he'll be able to step right in and play.

You’re probably right.
…but at least for right now, there are very few teams that have a chance to upgrade more than TCU.
The next few weeks could be very important in determining how successful the Frogs are for the next two seasons.

Well if Jefferson has a good relationship with Briles and the money's there, maybe he's our bridge QB to Hoover, then Hejny.

... Or the hiring of Petrino as OC and Hogs' deep NIL pockets convince him to stay.
