6-11/338 OT from Wellington, TX (2A) offered by TAMU and Tech, TCU in contact. Hard to judge him by the video because he is just so much bigger than anyone else at that level but looks to be very mobile and actually looks like he could add another 40lbs easily:
Per Rivals 4 Star athlete wants to hear from TCU:

Swen doesn’t seem very anxious when it comes to the recruiting process, nor should he be. He’s certainly due to be one of the names in Texas that fans will see pick up offers in bunches before too long. Perhaps one of the teams that would be wise to take part in that is his hometown team, TCU.
“If (TCU) comes after me, that might be it,” he said. “I just love the Frogs.”
I don't know anything about this kid, but in general, Patterson doesn't give a crap what a kid is ranked, does all his own evals, and IMO he looks for different things than what most of the services look at (whether he'll fit our system). So why wouldn't we pull the trigger on a four star ATH?
He's 2019. Who's to say we won't pull the trigger at some point in the next 2 years? So why wouldn't we pull the trigger on a four star ATH?
