trouble downloading ticket...

all morning.
Didn't get an email or text about tickets being ready for download.

Have my printed email of ticket purchased showing my seat # assignment.
Just saw the this:Screen Shot 2022-09-10 at 12.22.09 PM.png

Any help? Anyone?

Have you tried turning it off then on again?

Honestly, this should clear up shortly, if not I would suggest taking your printed copy to the ticket office when you arrive.

I was able to move mine from the website to wallet yesterday. On another topic, I went into the basketball upgrade process on my tablet yesterday to see what’s available. Got in, navigated around for about 4-5 minutes, then got a message saying I appear to be automated, and couldn’t return. Then tried in laptop and same thing happened. Not sure if that’s my issue or theirs.

It's a nation wide issue, lots of schools having problems.
Went to Minnesota game today; I have two season tickets and bought four extras for friends. Struggled a lot to download the four; couldn't ever get my two to download so we got six people in with four tickets via social engineering.

Then I went into the Hall of Fame in the stadium; it was only open to lettermen (my grandfather was, but I'm a TCU alum...). I social engineered my way in there as well. Great day!
