I don’t understand what these numbers mean

I don’t know, but in comparison to Duke, and all the other regions, it does appear as #2 Duke got a great draw and #2 TCU one of the toughest. I am assuming a higher number means a better team in some statistical meaning. He calls it a Power Rating. Texas, A&M and DBU drew relatively soft regions too as #2 seeds.

Well, I can remember my brother who bailed out of a bomber over Yugoslavia oil fields and then was hosted by Germany in a POW camp for two years, and survived to live another 30 years and then depart. He didn't die in the service, but my Memorial Day remembers him.

It's for those who their lives protecting this nation.

And the “happy” part has always bugged me too.
