The Daily Torreador: Red Raiders look to defeat TCU in final home game

The Texas Tech Red Raiders will take on the No. 11 TCU Horned Frogs for Senior Day at 11 a.m. Saturday, Nov. 18 at Jones AT&T Stadium.
In the matchup’s history, Tech leads TCU overall, 31-25-3, according to Tech Athletics. In Lubbock, Tech has a record of 19-7-3 against the Horned Frogs.
Under Tech coach Kliff Kingsbury, the series is tied, 2-2. Last year, Tech defeated TCU in double overtime, 27-24, in Fort Worth.
This year, the TCU defense has only allowed opponents to score an average of 16.4 points per game, according to TCU Athletics. The Horned Frogs have scored 59 points off of turnovers.
