Seems like the NIT Championship is already paying dividends. . . .
TCU #17

17. TCU
Key losses: F Brandon Parrish, F Karviar Shepherd
Key returners: G Alex Robinson, F Kenrich Williams, G Jaylen Fisher, F Vladimir Brodziansky, G Desmond Bane, F JD Miller
Notable newcomers: C Kevin Samuel, G R.J. Nembhard, F Andre Pierce, F Lat Mayen

Outlook:
Lists of 2017-18 surprise teams, meet TCU. TCU, meet 2017-18 surprise teams lists. The two will be inseparable over the next seven months. The Horned Frogs have all five starters from the 2017 NIT championship squad back in 2017-18, plus starting point guard Jaylen Fisher, the top recruit in school history, who broke his wrist in the NIT opener. TCU was better than expected in year one under Jamie Dixon, and will be better yet in year two. The pieces are there for a first tournament bid in 20 years."

Rafus is conspicuously absent from the list of notable newcomers as is Noi. I wonder what, if anything, could/should be read into that.

Here's another one . . . .
TCU #22 (And still no Baylor!)

22. TCU

Coach Jamie Dixon returns his top six scorers from his NIT champion squad. The Horned Frogs have all the pieces to contend in the Big 12. Big man Vladimir Brodziansky (14.1 ppg) and double-double machine Kenrich Williams head the list of key returners.

Recruiting class: B

This raises an interesting question. When was the last time TCU was ranked in the Top 25 Preseason Polls for Football, Basketball, and Baseball?

Allergies. Also hadn't seen that Josh Parrish steel and dunk at the end, wow, looking forward to watching him play.

We are ranked pre-season in football?
Well, really not yet but I have noticed TCU showing up in a couple of the earlier "Way too Early" Top 25 preseason lists, so it's possible we get mentioned in at least one of the Preseason polls . . . . probably depends on how we look this spring.

I had forgot about Kevin Samuel. Is he in school already or will he be enrolling during the summer because he wasn't on the roster?
