Sporting News: Andy Dalton continues to win Bengals' confidence

The Cincinnati Bengals acquired veteran quarterback Bruce Gradkowski recently to bridge the gap to rookie Andy Dalton. It appears that bridge may already have been crossed.

Dalton, the former TCU quarterback who was the second pick in the second round of April's draft, is firmly in the running to be the Bengals' starter when the regular season opens.

If only the fans would give him a chance. I'v read so many posts on various sites where a lot of Bengals fans are hoping to get Andrew Luck next year after AD fails this year.

I hope Andy has a great year and proves that he can make it in the NFL.
