Man, if they left the SEC out, then Texas just inherited the biggest cakewalk to the NC in playoff history. Big 10 and ACC champs will fold like cheap suits; Washington playing on borrowed time for weeks.

That being said, I don’t think the committee has the stones to leave the SEC out. Tough spot for a Teasip, potentially getting passed over by the same conference bias that they’ll no doubt be wearing like a badge of honor henceforth.

They're going to show themselves as being a sham (in someone's eyes) regardless of what happens. What would be frustrating if they leave FSU out is that nothing changed since last week to drop them. Travis has been out for a month. Yes they looked bad on offense last night but that was with their 3rd string QB and QB2 will be back. So you should evaluate them with QB2, which you presumably did last week.

Now you're just going to drop them because Bama beat Georgia.

Same BS about the “13th data point” justification to jump Ohio State over us in 2014. As if Ohio State hadn’t played one more game than us prior to the previous week’s ranking, or the week before that, or….

Texas plugged in different guys at RB. One of them averaged 19 yards on 4 carries with 2 TD's. They'll be ok. Having to substitute QB1, ala FSU, is a whole different level. Especially when they don't have a Max Duggan.

2 reasons why Texas will get in.....

1.$$$$- They will travel and spend a ton of money

2.Ratings- love them or hate them, people are going to watch them.

“All 4 teams are big 10/SEC next year.” Glad this is the last year of the 4 but just means that next year they will use that argument to put more of the Big10/SEC teams in the top 12.
