GoFrogs: Gray Wins Big 12 200m Championship
LUBBOCK, Texas – Iyana Gray was crowned the 200m Champion on the final day of the Big 12 Indoor Championships in Lubbock, Texas.

Gray shattered her school record and won with her personal-best 22.71 to earn 10 team points for the Horned Frogs. She advanced to the finals with her third-place prelim time of 23.10.

She is the first women's 200m conference champion for TCU in the Big 12 Era.

In the women's 1000m, Tabitha Kalunde Ngao earned runner-up honors with her time of 2:47.74. It's a new personal-best for Ngao and she now holds the school record in the 1000m.

The Distance Frogs also collected two third-place finishes. Lloyd Frilot (1:49.14) took third in the 800m in his first Big 12 Indoor Championships finals race. Ryan Martin (2:23.00) also took bronze in the 1000m with his new personal-best and school-record time.

David Seete secured a top three finish in the men's 600 yard for the second consecutive season. His time of 1:08.07 earned him a bronze medal.

On the women's side, Jasmin Muhammad-Graham earned five points for the Frogs with her fourth-place finish. She clocked a time of 1:20.98 in the finals.

Teanna Harlin shined in her first conference meet as she took fifth in the women's 200m with her personal-best time of 23.22. Also notching fifth was Joel McFarlane with his score of 5,311 in the pentathlon. He concluded the final day with a 10th-place finish in the 60m hurdles (8.53), a seventh-place finish in the pole vault (4.13m) and a fifth-place finish in the 1000m (2:42.15).

Gray earned the Horned Frogs three team points with her sixth-place finish in the 60m. She clocked a 7.31 to earn two spots on the podium in the final day. In the 1000m, Rylan Engels took sixth with her time of 2:49.73.

In the men's 200m, Kashie Crockett finished sixth with his time of 20.93. Adding a sixth-place finish to the day was the team of Samarra Monrroy, Dreunna Washington, Kelaiah Daniyan and Amelliah Birdow with their time of 3:38.80 in the 4x400 relay. It's the sixth-fastest indoor time in program history.

The men's 4x400 team also earned a podium finish. The team of Jayden Douglas, Giovouni Henry, David Seete and Dominic Byles clocked a 3:07.64 to finish eighth. In the men's 3000m, Graydon Morris' time of 8:04.26 earned him eighth.

TCU's women's team finished seventh in the team standings with 40.50 points. The team's seventh-place finish is the best finish for TCU at the Big 12 Indoor Championships in TCU's Big 12 Era.

The men's team took 10th with their score of 31 points.
