GoFrogs: Frogapalooza Set for Football's Spring Scrimmage

FORT WORTH -- The TCU football team will close spring practice on Saturday, April 27, with a 2 p.m. scrimmage as part of Frogapalooza.

The scrimmage is free for fans. Gate 1 on the west side and 6, 8 and 10 on the east side will open at 1 p.m. with seating in the lower bowl only.

Prior to the scrimmage will be live music from The Texases, a classic country cover band. Concessions will feature $3 food and drink items that include hot dogs, nachos, popcorn, peanuts, 44-ounce sodas and 16-ounce beers.

Family fun on the concourses will feature face painting, balloon artists, wax hand making, air brush tattoos, air brush hats and a caricature artist along with a variety of carnival games and a photo booth. A "Markdown Madness" sidewalk sale will take place at the team store on the east concourse.

TCU students will receive complimentary tank tops, free Kona Ice and various food station giveaways.

Following the scrimmage, the TCU baseball team will host Kansas State at 4:00 p.m.
