We had a mobile QB that allowed us to keep the ball more than the other team. We now have an immobile QB and the same crappy defense.
We have a freshman QB who hasn’t faced adversity with an OC who thinks throwing the ball under pressure constantly is going to go well. Not a smart game plan

We got bamboozled last week into thinking we could pull off the same kind of game plan.

Rude awakening.

No surprise here...been saying it for 10 years. No mobile QB, no winning with the air raid.

They failed us miserably against GA also.
But we were playing Georgia not Kstate who we beat in the regular season and barely lost to in the championship game. The level of competition was way beyond Kstate and we were also dealing with an OC that was out the door. Maybe we should hope for that with our current coordinators lol.

Offense can't score after half. Moment of truth for the defense.

Earn your paycheck Gillepsie. So far you've been milking a check since the championship game.

Our receivers are constantly challenged. There is almost always a defender right on our receiver. The 4th down pass to Savion was a perfect example.

It was the same in the CCG last year.
