100%If your are going to call a timeout to ice the kicker, then do it before he gets a practice kick on the 59 yarder. The practice kick allowed him to make an adjustment, ot at least feel more comfortable the second time
As a former Pk…don’t waste the timeout on a long attempt. If it’s shorter then ice him.He called it well before the practice kick. They just kicked it anyway.
Terrible Officials. Rat [ "illegitimate Baylor boys" ] gifted them that FG.
What devilry will they screw us with in the next 30 minutes...
I don’t disagree with that. But was only referring to him calling the timeout well before the practice kick. I wouldn’t have called the TO unless I wanted a deep back. But they shouldn’t have been in any position to even attempt a kick except two puny calls by ZebrasAs a former Pk…don’t waste the timeout on a long attempt. If it’s shorter then ice him.
scheiss those scheissers. Oh poor Michigan getting screwed by the refs. What about the PI calls they missed on our plays? What do you think about that roughing the passer, Rece? Or they Pi?
Not even close. So he got a chance to make an adjustment. I hate the icing of the kicker. Very seldom works any more. And it missed the first time!!!
This. Offense needs a few long scoring drives in the 2nd half, because points and the D will need the rest.Michigan wins the Time of Possession 17-13 minutes. Will hope that the TCU defense is up to the 2nd half task, with the same energy for the finish.
And it was not a real pressure kick in that situation, the kicker just swinging away with his best shot at that distance, so it all backfired on TCU.As a former Pk…don’t waste the timeout on a long attempt. If it’s shorter then ice him.
When Duggan got mushed, many heard a whistle just before.in fairness, that should have been a TD that they overturned. Frogs have played amazing this game, supr happy outside of Demercado letting Duggan get crushed at the end of the half
Why wouldn’t they think that? The ESPN idiots really think that Mich. is going to set the CFP record for comin
Doesn’t fit the ESPN narrative that TCU can’t play with mighty Blue Bloods. What do you think about that roughing the passer, Rece? Or they Pi?
These ESPN idiots really think that Mich. is going to set the CFP record for coming back to W. Frogs show them please.
