Sorry, OU has Mayfield. We have Hill. Not knocking Hill, just a fact. OU's QB excels on the big stage. Hill gets a bad case of jitters.
Of course terrible Coaching decisions, backup Center constantly getting owned tonight, Defense giving up nearly 40 points and 400 yard(in the first half)etc... have all led to this fiasco.

Far easier to excel when you have that much time to throw the ball. Baker is better than Kenny. Won't disagree a bit, but if you think that is all Mayfield you and I aren't watching the same game.

Frogs must get better at some key positions defensively if they want to win the Big 12.

I think maybe all of us have drunk the purple Kool-Aid without knowing it. This team peaked in Stillwater, and we still only managed a 7-point win. Held on against a very poor defense for WVA, beat a hapless KSU team in an 8-hour game, stepped on our own [ ricardo ] s in Ames, played well on D against UT, and now this. Unlike past years, we had a few breaks and got some calls that let us win at least 2 games we probably shouldn't have. When push came to shove tonight, and we were matched with a flawless offensive machine clicking on all cylinders, we got exposed.
