FWST: TCU basketball recruiting at top of Big 12 ratings

The commitment of DeSoto guard Feron Hunt helped TCU to the top of the recruiting rankings in the Big 12.

Hunt announced his commitment on Sunday. He is the fourth player in the 2018 recruiting class for the Horned Frogs, rated No. 1 in the Big 12 by Rivals with a 3.25 average star rating.

Hunt is a 6-7 combo guard-forward rated four-stars by Scout.com and three-stars by Rivals.com and 247Sports.com.

Yep. Not that long ago Baylor dorks were excited about their top ten (ish) recruiting class. They failed to acknowledge they had twice as many commits as everyone else.

It's a very good class, especially for us, but let's be cautious to never be Baylor.

Something else to consider is that Angus McWilliam is very underrated by the recruiting services. The staff thinks he would be a top 50 player nationally if he were in the US. This is a very strong class. By the end I'm sure Kansas will land their usual studs and have the top class, but we will still stack up nicely.
