GP before we started losing, in fact before we joined the Big 12 let it be known he needed 3-4 years to develop depth to play at this level. GP has understood this from the get go and he is not over his head and while this hurts us throughout the season it is not the reason we are losing.  Anderson is the reason we are losing and he needs to be fired before he steps off the bus. Patterson then needs to go to the big donors and tell them he needs big money to hire a first class OC.

You're obviously an idiot.  None of the B12 offensive gurus have fooled GP in the least.  Does the defense occasionally miss assignments and allow a big play?  Yep.  But that happens to everyone.  Did you watch the Alabama/A&M game.  Is Saban in over his head? 
 
If you have some specific, constructive criticism of how our defense could be improved, have at it.  Otherwise, you're just looking like a jackass.

I think the OP's intent was to question GP's assessment that our offense lacks depth. How is it that our defense transitioned just fine to the B12 but the offense continues to sputter? At what point does it go from "depth" to coaching/coordinating?

He's been dogging GP all over the place tonight so I doubt it.  If he wanted to do what you're saying, there are at least 100 threads he could have posted in that address the ineptness of our offensive staff.
