Coaches Challenges

Here's a thought..... since college football has no problem stopping play what seems like every series of downs to look at the play for fumbles, possession, catches, touchdowns and spots, etc.... why not allow the coaches to challenge a thrown penalty flag? Certainly that phantom interference call at the end of the Boise game would have been challenged! Ronnie Millsap would have gotten that call right. Makes little sense for certain calls or non calls to be subject to overrulling, but not blatant over calls! Of ocurse you 'd have to limit the coaches use otherwise every flag would stop the action - but one or two a game...
