TCU RB Emani Bailey accepts invite to 2024 Senior Bowl​

TCU running back Emani Bailey will reunite with three of his Horned Frog teammates at the 2024 Reese’s Senior Bowl on Feb. 3. Bailey has reportedly accepted an invitation to the annual showcase event, which serves as the most notable of the postseason showcases for top college players aiming to hear their names called in the 2024 NFL Draft. Bailey, who was at the 2024 Hula Bowl over the weekend, will compete alongside former TCU tight end Jared Wiley, cornerback Josh Newton and offensive lineman Brandon Coleman.

He could have stayed for another year since his Freshman year was 2020 so it didn't count for eligibility, but he was a Senior last year. 2 seasons at Louisiana, 2 seasons at TCU.

Penix sits Senior Bowl; Nix, Rattler play sparingly

Michael Penix Jr. opted not to play in Saturday's Senior Bowl, while quarterbacks Bo Nix and Spencer Rattler only played two series.

Emani had a decent showing at the senior bowl today. 10 carries for 53 yards and 4 catches for 34 yards. And a td saving tackle.

He was the starting RB for the American team and some people believed he should've won MVP over Spencer Rattler. Great work by Emani.

Bailey had the best showing for his side. Unfortunately, his side wasn't very good and they gave the MVP to the other side's QB. Bailey made a max effort touchdown saving tackle on an 80 yard interception return that saved his side a touchdown and then when the kicker missed the field goal attempt. He made money.
