TCU defeats DBU, 5-2, to sweep season series​

FORT WORTH – TCU took down DBU with a 5-2 win on Tuesday night, taking both games from the Patriots this year.

Multi-hit games from Karson Bowen and Kurtis Byrne led the way at the plate, as both drove in a pair of runs. Byrne got the scoring started for the Frogs, driving home Bowen with a single up the middle in the first inning.

Sam Myers came through with a two-out, two run triple to the wall in right center in the second inning to extend TCU's lead to 3-0. Myers did a good job of sitting back on an offspeed pitch to drive the ball into the gap.
