247 Sports: Big 12 offer arrives for 2019 RB Darwin Barlow

The past few weeks have been busy for Newton (Texas) 2019 running back Darwin Barlow, who has won a state championship and picked up his first four offers in that span.
The 5-foot-11, 195-pound Barlow reported Friday that the TCU Horned Frogs had offered him, giving the emerging junior standout his second Big 12 offer and fourth overall.
Barlow, whose first offer came Dec. 4 from Baylor, also has garnered offers from Louisiana Tech and Southern Miss.
