Coaches are going hard after him, probably harder than any other school right now. He wants to play early and that is definitely available at TCU and he is with Ro Simpson's group which the coaches have developed a good relationship with and led to Gaines coming to TCU.

As to the Jalen Green commitment Friday I think it is for which All Star game he will play in but I may be wrong. I do think this is a UT vs TCU battle though with TCU a possible edge.

Played with OL Mike Lamb from Wills Point in 1992...nice guy, had about a size 9 3/4 head. Transferred out after a year..i think he's the Sulphur Springs ISD Superintendent now.

Was great friend of a guy who went to tcu who was good friends with a guy named Jason Lamb that ended up being in pest control. Also knew a girl at TCU named Jennifer Lamb that did stuff with guys on the Lacrosse team.

FWIW Jack Lamb's parents went to Penn State and he was named after Jack Hamm the former Penn State LBer. He has a Penn State offer.
