Actually for non-conference series it completely depends on the contract between the participating schools. Typically the host team provides replay officials and the visiting team provides on-field officials, but the teams can (and sometimes do) agree otherwise.
Was thinking about watching it and couldn’t find it. Pretty remarkable.
