White evens series at one with 7-0 victory

Four pitchers for the White squad tossed a five-hit shut out to help them top the Purple squad, 7-0, and even the series at a game apiece Saturday afternoon. Newcomer Chris Ellington hit a two-run home run in the fourth to help propel the White team to victory. Matt Carpenter was 2-for-4 with two doubles and two runs driven in for White.
