Week 6 Games

Texas Tech moves to 5-1. 3-0 in conference. Defeats Arizona in Tucson.

This season just keeps getting worse for us. At least Baylor sucks too, whatever that's worth.
They obviously had some issues early in the season but their former HS coach who otherwise comes across as a clown apparently had a plan to fix them. Ours did not. It's infuriating but there is no denying the reality.

OUCH!!!
Pretty sure it already will be anyway. Given the crowd that witnessed this recent beatdown, I would imagine the attendance will be on a downward spiral the rest of the season.
I blame most of Friday's crowd, or lack thereof, on being a Friday night game with a 630 kick. Alot of the people that sit around me couldn't make it. There's a group of 9 that come from Tyler that couldn't come. I'm sure that was the case for alot of people.

Was I supposed to type something here?
Tech plays baylor the week before they play us. If they win and we can't find a way to beat Utah, Amon Carter is going to feel like a road game for us.
I gave my tickets to an old friend who is a Tech grad. I was happy to do so, as he certainly has something to root for, while I have no desire to drive 300 miles to see the results of our Crack Staff going sloppily through the motions.

He's going to have a great time!

Michigan was a fraud. The club wants certain brands. Texas’ big win ain’t that big. OU is not that good either.
Michigan's defense is solid but the offense struggles. The same is true for ou. I think Texas is good... very good, at times.... and I think they'll beat ou but I also think Texas will lose one or two before it's over - Georgia and possibly Kentucky or at aggy.

Not sure why Mizzu was a top 10. They should not rank until week 8. So many teams that people claim as big wins turn out to be not so big, but the claimed gets the ranking.

Man I enjoyed that Alabama Vanderbilt game. Vanderbilt looked well coached and well prepared and their quarterback is a keeper. Alabama is one of the poster children, if not the poster child, for uncontrolled money gone crazy nil football. It is quite obvious that their spoiled little [ Finebaum ]s are arrogant, selfish, and mostly undisciplined. Reading Alabama boards after that game would have been hilarious. DeBoer better lay low for a while and I'm not really kidding. Texas boards are also absolutely gut ripping funny after losses and I'm a Texas alumnus. Thank you Vanderbilt.

God help me but I hate nil and the ethos that now rules college ball.

I get him not wanting the kid to answer but to state it like he did, wow, same ol scheiss hole he always was, even more so now maybe.
Yup, kinda not the way to go about it.

Say what you will about Kingsbury, but he was like Gary, would answer whatever fired his way. Dana was the same way. Gundy too.
