Shot 79-70 to make cut by two shots at +5.

The former Frog has been quietly making a decent living on the Ladies European Tour.  She finished 10th on the Order of Merit last year (at a shade under 100,000 euros) and sits fourth this year, winning her first tournament in May in Turkey.

Angela Stanford also made the cut at +2, playing her last five holes in 4 under.  Angela is coming off a T2 finish two weeks ago in Arkansas.

Update: Valentine has a rough third round (77, +10 for the tournament), but Angela gets back to "level par" with a two-under 70.  She sits four back of leader Inbee Park and three back of Suzann Pettersen.

Closing the book on the Women's British Open:

Angela Stanford shoots 75 in windy conditions to finish T5, three shots back of winner Mo Martin.  Angela's check for $104,425 pushes her into the top 10 on this year's money list.

Valentine Derrey shoots 74 to finish T45.  She drops to eighth on the LET Order of Merit but is second on the points list for next year's Solheim Cup.  Long way to go yet, but it's very possible that two Frogs will compete in the 2015 Solheim in Germany.
